Tasks

• Development and control of the editorial plan across all social media channels - with clear goals for reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Self-produced and edited content: Video (Reels, TikToks, campaign clips), photo, and graphics.
• Early recognition of trends and relevant adaptation — not just following the crowd, but translating into the mammaly context.
• Active building and maintenance of our community: Comments, DMs, user-generated content integration, and dialogue with our target group.
• Conceptualization and accompaniment of video campaigns with high engagement potential.
• Interviews with our founding team and external guests for authentic, captivating content.
• Preliminary preparation, editing, and cutting of our podcast — including speaker support and quality assurance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media and content creation — ideally in a D2C-, FMCG- or lifestyle environment. Alternatively: completed studies or training in media, communication, or marketing with relevant practical experience.
• Deep understanding of the common platforms — not just as a user, but with knowledge of algorithms, formats, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication on German (native speaker or C2) and English (at least B2).
• Self-organized, organized, and result-oriented work style — paired with teamwork and communication joy.
• Familiarity with common tools for video editing, image processing, and content planning.
• A big heart for dogs & lots of motivation
• You have your own dog that can accompany you during content production.
