We are stadtbörse GmbH and operate gastronomy concepts in Bonn. Our bars are meeting points for students, circles of friends, night owls, and regular guests. Each location has its own character, but they all have one thing in common: We love vibrant gastronomy and want to create places where people enjoy spending their time.

And exactly this feeling, we want to convey online as well.

For this, we are looking for someone who doesn't just manage social media, but is eager to creatively shape our brands.

Your Responsibilities

With us, you won't be handed pre-made posts to just publish. You can develop, try out, and implement your own ideas.

• Content Creation: You will produce photos, Reels, Stories, and other creative content for our social media channels.

• Social Media Management: You will particularly manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts and continuously develop them.

• Creative Concepts: You will develop new content formats, campaigns, and ideas that fit our bars and their respective target groups.

• Content On-site: You will regularly be at our bars, capturing special moments and making our atmosphere digitally tangible.

• Community Management: You will interact with our community and help to expand our reach and recognition.

• Events & Promotions: You will accompany events, specials, and marketing campaigns from the initial announcement to the recap.

• Performance & Trends: You will observe current trends, analyze the performance of our channels, and discover which content performs particularly well.

What You Bring

We are not looking for someone who just spends a lot of time on Instagram. We are looking for someone who understands why some content works and other doesn't.

• You have a good sense for aesthetics, visual language, and current social media trends.

• Instagram, TikTok, and Reels are not foreign words to you.

• You can produce good content with your smartphone and ideally have initial experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe.

• You work independently, reliably, and are happy to contribute your own ideas.

• You are interested in gastronomy, events, and Bonn's nightlife.

• You are flexible enough in terms of time to occasionally produce content on-site in the evenings or on weekends.

Your creative flair is particularly important to us. Whether you have already managed professional social media accounts or have primarily implemented your own projects so far is secondary for us. What matters is that you have good ideas and can implement them.
