What to expect

We are looking for creative reinforcement for our marketing team – with a strong focus on content creation, social media, design, and e-commerce. You want to plan posts, but also visually implement, cut, shape, and perform them? Then you're perfect for us!

Tasks

Your tasks

• Concept & maintenance of social media content plans for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & Co.
• Development of creative ads, reels, video snippets & story formats
• Video editing and animation with Adobe Premiere Pro (possibly also After Effects)
• Creation of graphics & layouts for social media, landing pages & newsletters (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Collaboration on marketing materials like catalogs, brochures & flyers (InDesign)
• Support in the Shopify backend (content maintenance, visuals, simple landing pages)
• Trend and platform research in the field of social media, e-commerce, and performance
• Collaboration with many prominent public figures and well-known German influencers

Qualification

You bring this

2-3 years of professional experience in a dynamic marketing team, agency or e-commerce environment

Fundamental knowledge in:

• Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Social media platforms & content mechanisms (IG, TikTok, Pinterest etc.)
• Video editing & design for conversion
• Desirable: First experience with Shopify, Canva, Mailjet, Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar tools
• Creative flair, high design standards and self-initiative
• Structured, independent working style
