Social Media & Community Manager:

We are the Proven Impact Agency, a Berlin-based agency at the intersection of Creator Management, Coaching, and Content. We develop personal brands, manage talents, and build digital products that really make an impact. Now we want to become more visible ourselves – and for that, we're looking for you.

As Social Media & Community Manager:, you'll be the face of our channels. You'll post on our socials daily, build a visible community through genuine interaction, and bring our projects to life through video. In short: you'll make PIA more visible every day.

Aufgaben

Content & Präsenz:

• You'll post on our PIA channels daily – Stories, Reels, and Posts (Instagram & LinkedIn in focus)
• You'll conceptualize, shoot, and edit 4–6 Reels per week
• You'll maintain a weekly editorial plan and develop new formats
• You'll manage our community: comments, DMs, reactions

Community & Reachout:

• You'll interact visibly and respectfully with posts from our talents – and potential new talents
• You'll establish first points of contact through genuine engagement and pass warm leads to the team
• You'll keep an eye on trends and relevant creators in the DACH region

Video & Schnitt:

• You'll edit Reels and Shorts for our channels (CapCut-level)
• You'll support editing of new project formats

Qualifikation

This is what you should bring along:

• You live Instagram and have a genuine feel for trends and formats
• You're confident in your Reels editing skills
• You have basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design
• You're communication-strong, community-friendly, and always on the pulse
• You work independently, reliably, and discipline daily posting
• You write secure German and strike a casual, approachable tone

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Creator-, Agency-, or Influencer-field
• Experience with community building, reachout, or social selling
