Tasks

• Development and control of the editorial plan across all social media channels - with clear goals for reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Independent production and editing of content: Video (Reels, TikToks, campaign clips), photo, and graphics.
• Early recognition of trends and relevant adaptation - not just following, but translating into the mammaly context.
• Active building and maintenance of our community: Comments, DMs, UGC integration, and dialogue with our target group.
• Concept and accompaniment of video campaigns with high engagement potential.
• Interviews with our founding team and external guests for authentic, captivating content.
• Preliminary preparation, editing, and cutting of our podcast - including speaker care and quality assurance.
• Regular performance analysis of the content: Reach, engagement rate, follower growth - with clear learnings and data-based optimization of the strategy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media and content creation - ideally in a D2C-, FMCG-, or lifestyle environment. Alternatively: completed studies or training in media, communication, or marketing with relevant practical experience.
• Deep understanding of the common platforms - not just as a user, but with knowledge of algorithms, formats, and best practices.
• Strong written and oral communication in German (native language or C2) and English (at least B2).
• Independent, organized, and result-oriented work style - paired with team spirit and communication joy.
• Safe handling of common tools for video editing, image editing, and content planning.
• A big heart for dogs & a lot of motivation.

Big plus: You have your own dog, which can accompany you during content production.
