Social Media & Community Events Manager:in (m/w/d)

We were founded in 2016 in Cologne and have been producing super comfy basic underwear, sensual lingerie, and bed linen ever since.

The focus is not only on a pleasant wearing feeling but also on the use of sustainable materials and responsible production within Europe. erlich shows real people with real bodies and offers timeless cuts with maximum comfort – without pressure and constriction.

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Events Manager:in from April 1st, who will develop our accounts on Instagram (109k) and TikTok (1k) and create inspiring community event formats.

Aufgaben

🎨 Trend Radar: You recognize what's currently working on TikTok & Instagram and translate it into authentic content formats for erlich textil, going beyond trend formats.

📸 TikToks, Reels, Stories, Statement & Infoposts: You plan, research, write scripts, and produce content that moves our community. Whether on our shootings or at our office during sample checks with our producers, at community events, or at home. You also stand as the face of the brand in front of the camera.

💡Editorial Planning: You are responsible for our editorial plan, build consumer moments, and ensure that everything we post on social media fits into our larger marketing and product plans.

🫂 Influencer Marketing: You are actively involved in building and maintaining creator relationships and collaborations with our CMO.

📢 Social Content Publishing: You plan, upload content, formulate captions, and ensure that everything is perfectly coordinated.

❤️‍🔥 Community Events: You conceptualize, plan, and execute inspiring micro community events in Cologne and other cities. Events you would also like to attend yourself. You actively research suitable concepts, partner brands, and locations and lead the events together with the rest of the erlich team.

Qualifikation

• A passion for social media. You're at home on IG and Tiktok and understand the fine nuances that make a difference.
• First professional experience in the field of social media. Ideally 2-4 years and for a textile brand.
• A super sense for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and timing
• Experience with Canva, Edits, CapCut
• First experiences in event management and a nose for local locations / partner brands / events. Think community walks, breathwork sessions, reformer pilates class, and book reading parties.
• Structure, self-responsibility, and enthusiasm for creative teamwork
• Motivation to take on a responsible role
• Bonus: You live in the Cologne metropolitan area or can occasionally be present locally
