We are a Berlin-based B2B SaaS startup, building the software that enables service companies to manage their complete operations: personnel planning, time tracking, order processing, invoicing, and controlling in one system.
The exciting thing about our market: it still largely runs on paper, notes, and Excel. Hundreds of thousands of employees, assignments by the minute, complex billing – and yet hardly any software that seriously solves this. That's exactly where we come in, with a modern product and AI-powered features that take over routine work instead of just digitizing it.
AI is not a buzzword on our website, but part of everyday work – in the product and in every team. Also in marketing: we plan, produce, and optimize content with AI tools, achieving significantly more as a small team than traditional marketing departments.

This role is all about
For our marketing, we have a clear concept: editorial calendar, content templates, and a fixed outreach process for Instagram. What we're looking for is someone who reliably implements and maintains this – creating posts and stories, approaching new accounts daily, documenting everything cleanly.
So you won't get a blank page, but a foundation to start immediately. And if you have your own ideas on how we can improve content or outreach: you're very welcome – we are open to it and will try things out together.
Perfect if you want to gain practical marketing experience alongside your studies or job – with us, you won't be making coffee, but real content that gets published. And you'll learn on the side how modern AI tools are really used in marketing.

Tasks

• Implement editorial calendar – You will continue our existing content plan and ensure regular posting
• Content Creation – Creation of posts, Reels, and Stories for Instagram according to our templates and our look
• Work with AI & Design Tools – Canva, Claude, Meta's Creator Studio, and similar tools are your daily toolkit (we'll show you how we use them)
• Instagram Outreach – Daily: activity on the channel, research new relevant accounts, send messages
• Documentation & Tracking – Record and document all contacts, replies, and results cleanly in our spreadsheet
• Community Management – Keep an eye on and respond to comments and DMs
• Active participation desired – If you notice that one format performs better than another or a process could be faster: speak up, we'll implement it together

Qualifications

• You are reliable and structured – daily routine tasks are not a problem for you, but your thing
• You know Instagram not just as a user, but have a feel for formats, trends, and what works on the channel
• Initial experience with Canva or comparable design tools; you enjoy using AI tools and Meta's Creator Studio or want to learn
• You write good texts – short, clear, and target-group-oriented
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
• Residence in Berlin – the position takes place on-site at our office in Friedrichshain
• Nice to have: initial experience in social media management, whether personal, during studies, or at work
