Part-time Social Media Art Director (all genders)

OneTwoSocial is one of the leading agencies in Germany for digital brand communication with a focus on social media. Our team of about 60 people loves creative content and real storytelling. We cover the entire funnel and offer everything a social media heart desires – from strategy creation, content creation, performance marketing, influencer relations, to 360-degree support for all social media platforms. OneTwoSocial creates "entertaining dialogue" for brands such as Kaufland, BayWa, KFC Germany, Mövenpick, L'Osteria, or Yogurette.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Design social visuals that stand out – from the first scroll to the last swipe

• Implementation of creative ideas based on briefings, mood boards, or your own concepts

• Close collaboration with Social Media Management & Conception to translate ideas into strong visual content

• Development and continuation of brand looks across different platforms

• Contribution to templates & visual systems to keep brands consistent yet exciting

• Early integration of design trends and new visual formats

• Contribute ideas on what makes brands truly strong on social

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• First "real" job or already collected experience (2+ years) in a company? We are open to it and are looking for talents with courage and the right mindset

• Strong portfolio – whether from an agency, university, freelance, or your own project

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator or similar tools

• Social-first mindset: You know what works on Insta or TikTok – and what doesn't

• An eye for aesthetics, brands & storytelling

• Independence, speed & a sense of responsibility

• Openness & team spirit – you contribute ideas, bring in suggestions, give and receive feedback

• Bonus: First experience with editing or AI tools – not a must, but nice to have
