What's expected of you

• You manage your customer projects independently – from idea to reporting
• You advise our customers on social media strategies and bring in your own ideas
• You are the interface between customer and creation, and keep all threads together
• You ensure that timings, budgets, and quality align
• You develop your customers content-wise and strategically further
• You support pitches and have a desire to shape new budgets with you

What should you bring

• 1-2 years of experience in an agency or project management
• You come from Freiburg or the surrounding area, or bring relocation readiness with you
• Pleasure in customer contact and a desire to take responsibility
• Good social media knowledge and a feeling for content, trends & platforms
• You think structured, work independently, and are reliable
• Numbers don't scare you – KPIs aren't just buzzwords for you
• You can prioritize, organize, and keep an overview even with multiple projects
• MS Office is familiar to you, and you use KI-Tools in everyday life quite naturally
• You can assert yourself without being unpleasant
