Social Health Operator

Relizont has been entrusted by a client company with over 400 employees and an annual turnover of more than €12 million, operating in the socio-assistential sector, to identify 3 Social Health Operators for an important residence for seniors in the Cordenons area, to be hired on a fixed-term contract of 6 months with the possibility of future indefinite employment. The role of OSS - social health operator involves performing the following activities: • assisting the person, particularly those who are not self-sufficient or bedridden, in daily and personal hygiene activities • helping guests at the RSA during mealtime • verifying the cleanliness and hygiene of the environments used by guests. To fill this position, it is necessary: • to have obtained a qualification as an operator socio-sanitario (course duration 1000 hours) • to be available to work on three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and rotate weekends and Sundays. Candidates with no qualifications are also being considered. The contractual framework provides for: insertion at Level 4S of the CCNL ISTITUTI SOCIO ASSISTENZIALI UNEBA with a salary of €1,530.86 and, in any case, commensurate with experience and skills already acquired. The remuneration package includes access to the welfare plan (financed by Ebitemp - National Bilateral Entity for Temporary Work) regarding, for example, health protection, childcare contributions, personal loans, and support for: school expenses, extra-urban transportation, and territorial mobility.
