Relizont Company Client with headquarters in Val D'Enza and over 50 employees, operating for more than twenty years in the sector of health assistance services, has entrusted us with the task of identifying a person interested in taking on the role of social health operator to be hired on a fixed-term basis with future indefinite employment. Work area: San Polo D'Enza. The social health operator role involves assisting self-sufficient individuals and those not living in elderly care facilities. For this reason, we are looking for a professional who has experience in providing assistance and support to people in need, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in social sciences or related fields, with a strong passion for working with seniors and vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, as well as assisting them with daily tasks and activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
