We are looking for a SOCIAL HEALTH OPERATOR for a Residential Care Home located in Genoa. The selected resource will work within a Residential Care Home located in Genoa and will be responsible for providing direct assistance to guests, meeting their daily needs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Qualification of Social Health Operator (OSS). - Experience in the sector - Empathy, patience, and passion for care work - Ability to work in a team and adapt to different daily needs. - Availability to work on shifts, including holidays and nights.
