Social Educator

We are looking for a SOCIAL EDUCATOR for a residential community located in Gambettola. The selected resource will work closely with minor users of adolescent age, coming from situations of social and/or family disadvantage. The educator will have the task of supporting young people in their personal and relational growth journey through educational, relational, and daily accompaniment activities. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education and Training (class L-19); - Previous experience as a social educator, preferably with adolescents; - Good relational skills, empathy, and predisposition to teamwork. Working hours: Full-time 38 hours per week; shift work H24, with availability to work at night and on public holidays. CCNL COOPERATIVE SOCIALI-Livello D2.
