WHAT YOU DO

• You strategically utilize social media data and translate it into clear business recommendations for action.

• You structure, clean, and analyze data from our proprietary technology, social analytics, and other sources, deriving relevant insights.

• You develop data-based decision-making foundations, define meaningful KPIs, and create a robust, business-relevant data foundation.

• You translate complex data into understandable, relevant, and marketable statements for internal and external target audiences.

• You identify data gaps, formulate requirements for better data collection, and improve the basis for future analyses.

• You work closely with product management, strategy, new business, and other stakeholders, supporting the further development of data products, reports, and insight offerings.

• You ensure that data is actively used for growth, positioning, product development, and faster, well-founded decisions.

• You relieve social media managers and strategists of operational data work, creating space for clear priorities.

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have 3-4 years of experience as a Social Strategist or Social Media Manager with a focus on data, analytics, and social listening.

• You have experience in the analysis, preparation, and interpretation of data from social media, search, and the business context.

• You think analytically, strategically, and entrepreneurially.

• You can develop stories from numbers and derive clear recommendations for action from analyses.

• You understand how data can be translated into products, services, or sales-relevant insights.

• You are proficient in using common analysis and reporting tools.

• You work in a structured, self-reliant manner with a high standard of quality.

• You communicate complex issues in an audience-appropriate manner – from operational teams to management.

• You navigate confidently between data work detail and strategic context.

• Ideally, you have experience in data-driven business models, product development, or business intelligence.

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
