As part of our social responsibility initiatives, we are looking for a Social & Community Intern to join our New York office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our community engagement team to develop and implement programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social justice, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and implementing community outreach programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Collaborate with our community engagement team to identify and address gaps in our current initiatives. • Conduct research on best practices in social responsibility and recommend new initiatives for the company. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, influencers, and industry partners. • Assist in planning and executing events that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, sociology, or business). • 1-2 years of experience in community outreach, social responsibility, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong research and analytical skills.
