Job description
We are looking for a dedicated social assistant with a big heart for seniors to join our program "Bunicii - semenii noștri". Join our team and contribute to improving the lives of elderly people in the community.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying and evaluating the needs of seniors
- Drafting social files
- Planning and implementing intervention plans
- Organizing and conducting weekly socialization activities
- Making monthly home visits for monitoring and distributing food packages
- Drafting social reports and activity reports
- Facilitating access to medical services for seniors
- Maintaining connections with volunteers and project collaborators
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social assistance
- Category B permit and availability for travel in Cluj
- Studies in the field (social work license)
- Experience with seniors is an advantage
- Empathy, communication skills, and organization
