The accompanied population primarily presents situations of great precariousness. Socio-financial evaluations are frequent, as are steps related to regularization, social benefits or coordination with cantonal aid devices.
In this context, active listening, psychosocial support, the ability to establish a rapid trust-based link, identify key issues and develop concrete and personalized solutions are key skills.
You play a crucial role in ensuring access to care, continuity of pathways and respectful human accompaniment of patients' and their families' social and administrative realities.
You bring your expertise to medical-social teams and ensure, through pluridisciplinarity, liaison with the intra- and extrahospital network.
