SOC Manager

Michael Page - Manage and coordinate the Security Operations Center (SOC). - Supervise continuous monitoring of security events and incident management. - Define, implement, and update playbooks, runbooks, and standard operating procedures. - Ensure correct functioning and tuning of tools such as SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, EDR, and threat detection solutions. - Analyze and correlate security events to identify threats and anomalies. - Coordinate triage, containment, eradication, and recovery activities during security incidents. - Integrate threat intelligence feeds and conduct analysis to improve security posture. - Collaborate with Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Vulnerability Management teams. - Prepare periodic reports on incidents, KPIs, and performance of the SOC for management. - Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR) and support internal and external audits. - Plan and manage continuous training for the SOC team to maintain up-to-date skills. - Evaluate and introduce new technologies and processes to increase the effectiveness of the SOC. - Consolidated experience in operational security activities, preferably in MSSP contexts, with competencies also in process governance. - Ability to define and maintain procedures for SOC: incident management, classification, response plans, log management, vulnerability management, KPIs, reporting, and compliance for performance monitoring. - Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams in defining and presenting SOCaaS solutions. - In-depth knowledge of SOC architectures and tools: SIEM, XDR/EDR, SOAR, sandboxing, deception, IPS/IDS. - Preferable experience with Bitdefender GravityZone and AlienVault platforms. - Vendor-neutral certifications in areas such as Security Analysis, Threat Intelligence, Ethical Hacking, Incident Handling. - Ability to coordinate distributed operational teams globally for SOC service management. - Excellent organizational and relational skills. - Fluent English (B2-C1 level).
