SOC Analyst (m/w/d) mit FortiSIEM & FortiSOAR-Expertise

Security Operations with real impact
As a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), we not only operate a SOC, but continuously develop it. For our next expansion stage, we are looking for an experienced person (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours per week), who will strengthen our team and actively shape the automation of our SOC.
Your work has a clear goal: to protect our customers from attacks.

Aufgaben

• Detection Engineering: Development and optimization of use cases in FortiSIEM, which reliably detect attacks on customer systems
• SOAR-Automatisierung: Design and implementation of response playbooks in FortiSOAR, so that our customers are quickly protected in an emergency
• Incident Response: Complete processing of security incidents – you are the reason why our customers can sleep peacefully at night
• Kundenbetreuung: Technical coordination and consulting – you explain complex security topics clearly and build trust
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Active shaping of the development of our SOC services, always with a view to the best possible customer protection

Qualifikation

• fundierte SOC-Erfahrung – you have already experienced many incident response cases and know how an SOC really works
• tiefes Know-how in FortiSIEM (Parsing Rules, Correlation) and FortiSOAR (Playbook-Design) – you master the platforms in depth, not just standard functions
• praktische Erfahrung im Detection Engineering – you understand attack patterns and can build use cases that work
• routinierter Umgang mit Sicherheitsvorfällen – from initial analysis to final documentation
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die direkte Kundenkommunikation

Idealerweise bringst du mit:

• Erfahrung mit weiteren SIEM/SOAR-Lösungen (LogRhythm, Secureworks)
• praktische Kenntnisse im M365 Security Stack
• Vertrautheit mit MITRE ATT&CK Framework for structured threat modeling
• Erfahrung mit NIS2-Compliance-Anforderungen
