As a Snowflake Tech Lead at Innover, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of Experience Engineering. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Leading and mentoring a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying Snowflake solutions for clients; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget; • Developing and maintaining technical expertise in Snowflake and related technologies; • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Experience Engineering, Digital Engineering, and Process Engineering; • Participating in innovation initiatives and contributing to the development of new solutions and services. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Snowflake Tech Lead or similar role; • Strong technical expertise in Snowflake and related technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); • Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
