SMT Process Technician

Job Description - Maintain Equipment/Machines/Fixtures in optimal conditions - Provide support to any of the technologies involved in MFP / SMT - Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in SMD CENTER (Equipment/Machines/Fixtures) - Perform tasks related to the assembly, testing, and quality control of electronic components - Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of production processes - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste - Develop and implement procedures for the maintenance and repair of equipment - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards - Provide training and guidance to team members on equipment operation and maintenance - Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor or manager.
