Vacancy: Financial Subject Matter Expert (Financial SME)

Are you passionate about the financial sector and digital transformation? At Softtek we are looking for a Financial Subject Matter Expert who will become a strategic reference to drive the growth and positioning of our solutions within the financial industry in Mexico.

What will be your mission?

You will be responsible for connecting deep knowledge of the financial business with Softtek's technological capabilities, identifying opportunities for transformation, innovation, and growth for financial and insurance institutions.

Main Responsibilities

✅ Define and develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to strengthen Softtek's positioning in the Mexican financial sector.

✅ Understand and analyze the value chain of different participants in the financial ecosystem

✅ Identify high-impact business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, brokerage firms, and fintech companies.

✅ Design solutions aligned with key challenges in the financial market

✅ Develop high-level relationships with C-Level executives and decision-makers such as CEO, CIO, CTO, COO, Chief Digital Officer, and Chief Risk Officer.

✅ Maintain an updated vision on trends, financial regulation, technological innovation, and the evolution of the fintech ecosystem.
