Smart City Project Consultant

• Higher education in technical field (IT, Automatic, Telecomunications, Electrotechnics etc.) – is an advantage;
• Experience in technical support, system implementation, project support or client relations;
• General knowledge about Smart City infrastructure, intelligent public lighting, and SaaS applications;
• Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of PC operation (MS Office, browsers, mobile apps);
• Driving license category B.

• Support the implementation department in installing, configuring, and testing Smart City solutions;
• Provide technical support to software solution users;
• Train end-users (public officials, administrators, technicians) on application functionality;
• Monitor solution status and contribute to identifying and resolving any potential issues;
• Develop technical support documentation: guides, usage procedures, test reports;
• Collaborate with software and hardware development teams to transmit feedback from the field;
• Participate in project meetings, technical receptions, and functional validations;
• Respond to user requests and maintain proactive communication.
