Smals - Test Coordinator

Your role As Test Coordinator you are part of one of the 10 Agile (Scrum) development teams. The team consists of 10 employees and is multidisciplinary composed. You are responsible for organizing and following up on test activities to deliver high-quality software that meets the requirements and expectations of the business. You work within an agile development team and aligns the test plans with testers, developers, analysts, and the business. You make use of your experience in testing methodologies, such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), to ensure that software meets the required quality standards. Your tasks include: • Coordinating test activities with the development team and stakeholders; • Defining and maintaining test plans and test cases; • Conducting testing sessions and reporting on test results; • Identifying and documenting defects and proposing solutions; • Collaborating with developers to ensure that software meets the required quality standards; • Providing feedback to the development team on test results and proposed improvements; • Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with new testing methodologies and tools. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all testing activities are in line with the company's quality standards and policies. You will also be expected to contribute to the improvement of the testing process and to share your expertise with colleagues.
