Your Role Do you already have several years of experience as a Java developer? Do you want to teach junior software developers the tricks of the trade? Are you ready for the next step in your career and would you like to use your Java knowledge for society? You can do that at Smals! As a Java Developer, you will develop new applications, adapt existing programs, and test and document your work. You will constantly strive to deliver performant applications that meet the highest standards. You will also draw up a low-level design based on the architecture document. You will guide a team of developers in the implementation of that design and ensure that they optimally reuse already developed solutions. In this way, you contribute to the Smals standards. Finally, you will act as a coach for junior developers and help them improve their technical competencies. Your Profile You already have several years of experience as a Java developer and possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science. You are looking for a varied role that brings challenges. You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to successfully complete projects. You are creative and have a sense of responsibility. You dare to take initiative to offer high-quality solutions. Your experience in Java and JEE is what we are looking for. You have passive knowledge of the second national language.
