Job description
Your Role As a Senior IT Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete lifecycle management of cross-functional IT projects for our various clients (social security, healthcare, and other public sector players). You are familiar with defining the structure and development of projects (precise description of the client's request, impact analysis, plan of approach (scenarios, timing, budget, ...)) and you have knowledge of the Prince2 project management methodology. You manage and ensure the follow-up of project execution, taking into account planning, budget, and required quality (drawing up a detailed schedule, regular follow-up of deadlines, budget, and quality, reporting on project progress and encountered issues, communication between the various stakeholders, risk management, ...). You stimulate, coordinate, motivate, and guide the employees involved in the project. You can also manage programs based on the MSP methodology. Client contacts are also very important in this role (negotiating, communicating, ...). You are used to negotiating with high-level executives (management) at the client's and within your own organization. Your Profile You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in IT, and have at least 10 years of experience in managing complex projects. You wish to be part of a dynamic team and want to contribute to the realization of innovative and important projects for the company. You have significant professional experience in IT project management (preferably based on Prince2). You have worked in an Agile environment and are familiar with IT processes, both at development and infrastructure level. Your excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and coaching talent are your main assets. You are methodical and organized, and can prioritize and coordinate the various stakeholders in a project. Finally, you express yourself fluently in French. Our Offer You will be offered a varied, challenging, and socially relevant job where you contribute to IT solutions that play an important role in society. Our slogan 'ICT for society' perfectly reflects this. Are you looking for a good work-life balance? Enjoy flexible working hours and take advantage of our very extensive teleworking policy. We offer ample internal and external training opportunities, allowing you to continuously sharpen your technical and personal skills. We offer you a competitive salary, supplemented with extralegal benefits such as hospitalization insurance, supplementary pension plan, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers,... IT positions can count on a mobility budget with the choice of a company car and/or reimbursement of public transport. Under certain conditions, you can even use this budget to pay your rent or mortgage. Through our 'Benefits at Work' platform, you enjoy great discounts on fashion, electronics, day trips, holiday accommodations, ... We pursue an equal opportunities policy and, among other things, consider equal pay important.
