Smals - Senior IT Project Manager

Your role As Senior IT Project Manager, you are responsible for the full lifecycle management of cross-functional IT projects for our various clients (social security, healthcare and other players in the public sector). You are familiar with defining the structure and development of projects (precise description of the client's request, impact analysis, plan of approach (scenarios, timing, budget,)) and you have knowledge of the Prince2 methodology for project management. Your tasks include: • Defining the scope, goals and deliverables of IT projects; • Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation; • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed about project progress; • Managing and controlling project risks and issues; • Ensuring that all project activities are in line with the company's policies and procedures; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth integration of IT projects into the overall business strategy. In addition, you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders; • Identifying and addressing potential issues or conflicts; • Providing guidance and support to project team members; • Ensuring that all project deliverables are met and that the project is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget. You have a strong understanding of IT project management principles, methodologies and tools, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to work independently and as part of a team, and you have a high level of organizational and time management skills.
