Your role Are you an IT Recruiter who speaks the language of the business and knows where scarce IT experts can be found? Strengthen our dynamic HR team and take full ownership of the talent acquisition process from A to Z. You will analyze recruitment needs, draft attractive job profiles, and identify potential candidates through social media, targeted searches on job sites, and our internal database. You will conduct telephone screenings and in-depth interviews, and present suitable candidates to your clients. You will guide candidates through the entire selection process up to and including contract signing and act as a recruitment partner for your various clients. In addition, you will represent Smals at job fairs, campus fairs, and other IT events and make optimal use of social media to continuously expand your own network and the Smals network. Depending on your interests and acquired expertise, you can also contribute to general HR projects. Your profile You have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources and have a strong affinity with IT. You have relevant experience in recruitment, preferably of IT profiles. It is your driven commitment, dynamism, and proactive mindset that we are looking for. You are a networker, communicate fluently, and show persuasiveness. A good knowledge of MS Office is a plus. You have a good knowledge of Dutch and good oral knowledge of French.
