Smals - Infrastructure Scrum Master

Your role As Infrastructure Scrum Master you will be part of the IT infrastructure department and will support one or more agile teams. You report to the IT Infrastructure Coordinator. In this function, facilitate and stimulate collaboration within the teams and ensure that Scrum events (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives,) run correctly and are aligned with the infrastructure environment (incidents, changes). You support the team in setting up infrastructure for new projects, monitoring and maintaining existing infrastructure, and ensuring that all changes are properly documented. You will also be responsible for coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that IT infrastructure is aligned with business needs. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum frameworks will be essential in this role.
