Job description
Your role As Agile Coach, you promote and support the Agile awareness of various IT teams. You work together with different teams and stakeholders to apply and improve Agile principles, values, and practices. You are always actively involved in promoting cooperation between different parties. You also stand for advising and influencing management to create and strengthen an Agile mindset. Furthermore, you are a key figure who ensures that the organization's Agile transformation is successful. This includes identifying and addressing potential obstacles, developing and implementing processes and tools, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the Agile approach. Your expertise in Agile coaching will help teams to improve their collaboration, communication, and overall performance. You will also contribute to the development of a culture that values continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning from failures.
