As a vital member of our team, you will assist Slovak-speaking clients in overcoming their IT challenges and ensuring their technical needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding technical support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat; Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of client requests; Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Fluency in Slovak language; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; 1-2 years of experience in IT support or similar role; Certification in ITIL (IT Service Management) or equivalent is an asset.
