Job description
Ideal Candidate
We expect your CV, if you:
- Middle school studies completed (bachelor's degree)
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, including IT and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of hardware & software and network (LAN, TCP/IP, monitoring systems SysWin and Newton)
- Able to diagnose and quickly solve technical problems
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Able to work efficiently in high-activity situations, maintaining a professional attitude
- Paying attention to details, responsibility, and respect for data confidentiality
Job Description
- Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and Jackpot systems for slot-machines
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, internet connectivity, network devices)
- Identify and resolve hardware & software problems, both locally and in remote locations
- Provide technical support and training to users regarding applications and equipment used
- Monitor system performance and report any non-conformities or incidents
- Ensure network security and proper functioning of IT equipment
- Prepare reports as requested by management and contribute to integrating new colleagues
