Slots IT Technician

• Middle school studies completed (bachelor's degree)
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, including IT and equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of hardware & software and network (LAN, TCP/IP, monitoring systems SysWin and Newton)
• Able to diagnose and quickly solve technical problems

• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Able to work efficiently in high-activity situations, maintaining a professional attitude
• Paying attention to details, responsibility, and respect for data confidentiality

• Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and Jackpot systems for slot-machines
• Administer and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, internet connectivity, network devices)
• Identify and resolve hardware & software problems, both locally and in remote locations
• Provide technical support and training to users regarding applications and equipment used
• Monitor system performance and report any non-conformities or incidents
• Ensure network security and proper functioning of IT equipment
• Prepare reports as requested by management and contribute to integrating new colleagues
