Key Responsibilities of our Retail Skin Therapists: • Perform all treatments and concept procedures • Meet and exceed retail sales and service targets • Build and maintain client relationships • Educate clients on Dermalogica products • Maintain the presentation of the concept store • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards • Attend all brand training as required • Manage and maintain stock levels • Complete all administration requirements The Ideal Candidate will have: • A relevant qualification in Somatology • Proven experience as a Skin Therapist • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work retail hours • Passion for the skincare industry • Sales driven and target driven • Well-presented, friendly and outgoing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: • Competitive salary package • Commission structure • Product discount • Ongoing brand training
