As a Skincare Therapist in Chanel, you will help to create a unique and memorable experience for each client, at every moment and at every point of sales. Combining business orientation and passion for the client, you will be an artist of relation who contribute to the Brand image and help build retail leadership in the market.

• Provide personalized skincare consultation and facial services to clients and propose skincare programs that delivers accurate results to ensure client satisfaction

• Share skincare trends and tips with clients to inspire them to use Chanel’s skincare products

• Assist in skincare workshops/seminars and demonstrate brand expertise and professionalism

• Promote cross-selling, retain, recruit and grow client return rates

• Facilitate a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for client

What you will bring:

• Solid experience in skincare environments (cabin, institute and retail points of sale), with a minimum of 2 years’ practice

• CIBTAC diploma and/or experience in a facial salon

• Strong skincare expertise, including skin diagnosis, anatomy and treatment protocols

• Excellent hands-on skills and massage techniques, with a passion for delivering high-quality facial treatments

• Proficiency in using skincare tools, devices and professional technologies

• A genuine passion for cabin treatments and delivering results-driven client experiences
