Key Responsibilities of our Retail Skin Therapists: • Perform all treatments and concept procedures as per Dermalogica protocols. • Maintain impeccable treatment room standards. • Support and drive retail sales and achieve individual and team targets. • Provide exceptional customer service and skin health advice. • Attend all training courses as requested. • Build and maintain client base. • Adhere to company policies and procedures. The Ideal Candidate: • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven experience of working within a retail environment and achieving sales targets. • A passion for skincare and the beauty industry. • A team player. • Immaculate personal presentation.
