Role: Senior Skin Therapist & Clinic Supervisor (On-site, Leh)

Overview
We are hiring an experienced Skin Therapist who can deliver high-quality facial and aesthetic procedures while supervising day-to-day clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, detail-oriented, comfortable assisting in laser procedures under medical supervision, and able to manage therapists and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver professional skin and facial treatments including clean-ups, medi-facials, chemical peels, and Hydrafacial according to clinic protocols.
• Assist the cosmetologist/doctor during advanced aesthetic and laser procedures; prepare treatment areas and patients for safe delivery of services.
• Perform accurate skin analysis, document treatment plans, and educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and home skincare routines.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization practices for instruments, devices, and treatment rooms; ensure compliance with infection-control standards.
• Supervise daily activities of therapists, housekeeping, and front-desk staff to ensure readiness of treatment rooms and machines before opening.
• Coordinate appointments, walk-ins, follow-ups, and inventory tracking; report stock shortages and support product/consumable management.

Additional Qualifications (Summary)
Proven experience in a clinical or medical-aesthetic setting is highly desired. Strong client-facing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with doctors and front-line staff are essential. Must be available for on-site shifts in Leh, Ladakh.
