Skilled Barista (Semi-Automatic Coffee Machine)

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Barista to join our friendly team at WE Café & Deli in Sunderland city centre. You must have hands-on experience using a semi-automatic espresso machine, including espresso extraction and milk frothing to a good standard. If you can confidently make cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites, we’d love to hear from you. This is primarily a barista position, so strong coffee-making skills are essential — but teamwork is key, and everyone helps where needed to ensure the smooth running of our café. As part of our team, you will be responsible for preparing drinks to a high standard, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and providing excellent customer service. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, be flexible with regards to working hours, and have a positive attitude towards learning and development.
