This role suits an experienced Radiographer or Sonographer ready to step into a high-level leadership position. Oversee 30–40 staff, with dedicated admin time (1 day per fortnight) and a high-paying salary + relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of 1–3 imaging clinics
- Lead and manage a team of 30–40 staff
- Support and mentor junior clinicians and administrative staff
- Drive clinical quality, safety, and operational efficiency
- Conduct clinical duties (Radiography or Sonography) as applicable
- Engage in business development and staff planning
- 1 day per fortnight allocated to administrative responsibilities
- Current AHPRA Registration (Radiographer or Sonographer)
- Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience
- Previous leadership, senior or management experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Proven ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
- Relevant Radiology/Sonography qualifications
- High attention to detail with a commitment to patient care
