The position
The resource will be inserted within the company's construction sites and will be responsible for:
- Operational activities of construction, maintenance, and restructure.
- Masonry, carpentry, and support to technical teams' works.
- Use of construction tools and equipment in respect of safety regulations.
- Collaboration with the site foreman and colleagues to ensure the advancement of work within the established times. Requisites
- Previous experience, even minimal, as a site worker or similar roles.
- Knowledge of main techniques of building construction.
- Good manual skills and ability to use construction equipment.
- Availability for daily transfers to construction sites in the territory.
- Seriousness, reliability, and spirit of collaboration. Offered
- CCNL (Italian Collective Labor Agreement) for the construction industry.
- Insertion with a contract and classification according to the experience gained.
- Solid and structured context, with opportunities for professional growth.
- Continuous training in safety and technical updating.
