Site Supervisors - Roads / Bridges / Water Infrastructure - Brisbane / SEQ

Bellwether are Principal Contractors who provide Project Delivery expertise across the project life cycle from project conception to completion.

Due to recent project wins we require Civil Supervisors - Roads / Bridges / Water Infrastructure to join our team to carry out the supervision on our TMR and local council road rehabs, bridge upgrades, and water / wastewater / pipeline projects. Current project locations are within an easy commute from Brisbane, Ipswich, or Toowoomba.

We have a strong project pipeline ahead of us, work / life balance rosters, above award salaries with vehicle, fuel card, site uplifts, and accommodation all provided if required.

Projects we’ve successfully delivered include flood recovery works, streetscapes, road construction / upgrades, bulk earthworks, bridges, and water infrastructure.

We're after people who are professional, hands-on, and come with exceptional planning and leadership skills.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 5-10 years’ experience as a Roads or Structures or Water / Pipelines Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / bridge / drainage / water projects
• Experience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projects
• Ability to read drawings
• Knowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systems
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standards
• Any Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regarded
• Must be prepared to travel if required
