Job description
The Role:
- Coordinating and supervising construction teams on-site, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Ensuring all work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identifying and addressing any potential risks or problems that may arise during the construction process
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the duration of each project.
- Experience (3+ years) as a Supervisor in the residential construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using software to create detailed site lists and coordinate works.
- Organised & Self-Motivated: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
