You will be responsible for:
- The operational planning in function of an optimal productivity of people and resources;
- Following the load book and linked to that providing goal-oriented solutions with a clear definition of responsibilities so that the profitability of the pits is guaranteed;
- Supervising workers on site who are localized at various pits, as well as motivating and communicating with these employees. On a regular basis, you will also communicate with your colleagues via toolbox meetings and pit inspections.
- Optimizing safety and signaling on public domain taking into account the rules established regarding this. Reporting damage or shortcomings will also be part of your responsibility. You will closely monitor the wearing of personal protective equipment by employees;
- Reporting to clients about the progress and completion of pits;
- Administrative reporting of pits and employee performance.
- You report to the Project Coordinator .
