Job Summary: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria/site, ensuring efficient execution of services, maintaining hygiene standards, managing vendor staff, and overseeing the overall site experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies. • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. • Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Foster positive relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Job Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field preferred.
