Site Supervisor - Fit out

The opportunity We are seeking a Site Supervisor for a project in Adelaide. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management of the site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. This includes but is not limited to: • Coordinating with the construction team to ensure that all aspects of the project are progressing according to plan. • Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations. • Monitoring and controlling site costs and resources. • Maintaining a clean and tidy site, ensuring that all materials and equipment are stored safely and securely. • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. • Ensuring that all works are completed in accordance with the project program and budget. • Providing support and guidance to junior staff members. • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on site progress and any issues or concerns. The ideal candidate will have: • A relevant trade qualification (e.g. carpentry, electrical, mechanical) or equivalent experience. • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
