Site Reliability Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Lead to lead, mentor, and grow our SRE team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, and distributed systems. As the SRE Lead, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of our SRE function. You will guide your team to monitor, maintain, and improve our Azure-based infrastructure and applications, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and implement a comprehensive SRE strategy that aligns with business objectives. • Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers to ensure the successful delivery of SRE projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize SRE initiatives. • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and applications on Microsoft Azure. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SRE processes and procedures. • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to SRE projects. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing, distributed systems, and SRE best practices.
