Site Reliability Engineer SRE

Together with our Partner, a leader in the banking industry, we are looking for an experienced specialist to undertake projects as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). You will provide services in a project carried out for an international organization from the banking sector, operating in several dozen countries and numerous languages. The Center provides a wide range of services – from risk management, through business analysis, to IT applications. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Identifying and resolving issues, and implementing improvements across the entire technology stack within the scope of the commissioned assignment. Performing on-call duties for timely incident resolution, according to a schedule agreed upon by the parties. Implementing SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, SLO/SLI, and incident response procedures. Maintaining and supporting production systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability. Automating repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. Deploying, configuring, and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Documenting procedures, configurations, and post-deployment/post-incident analyses (post-incident review). Participating in the development and configuration of CI/CD pipelines to improve development and deployment processes. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Support roles. Practical knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). SLO, SLI (Service Level Objectives / Service Level Indicators). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Proficiency in scripting/programming in Python, Bash, Java, Go, or similar languages. 100% remote work.
