Site Reliability Engineer

This is a highly hands-on role focused on platform reliability, production support, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex operational problems, automating repeatable work, improving system resilience, and supporting service health in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: · Own and support the reliability of Voice Assistant services and the underlying cloud infrastructure. · Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems outside normal business hours. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues affecting platform reliability. · Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and processes to monitor and improve system performance. · Design and implement scalable and reliable architectures for Voice Assistant services. · Work closely with the development team to ensure that new features are properly tested and deployed in a way that minimizes downtime. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in site reliability engineering. · Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of existing systems. · Develop and maintain documentation for internal use. · Provide expert-level support to other teams on platform reliability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. · Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. · Stay current with industry trends and best practices in site reliability engineering.
