Your Role 💻

As SRE, you'll be part of a team responsible for our central API stack at Edge locations. You'll work on conceiving, automating, and operating our platform and drive continuous improvements forward. We're looking for someone who feels comfortable in a security-oriented environment with high automation (GitOps). While there's a certain focus on the Observability of our systems, as a senior, you'll be able to actively shape your role based on your strengths and interests. You're used to keeping an overview in unclear situations, analyzing systems, and making informed decisions based on that.

Your Tasks

• You develop and maintain our Infrastructure as Code with tools like Ansible and Terraform

• You drive the development of our Kubernetes-stacks and implement GitOps-workflows (e.g., with FluxCD)

• You develop and operate Observability solutions (Monitoring, Logging, Tracing) and serve as a point of contact and mentor for other teams

• You bring yourself actively into system analysis and lead improvements – even in unclear initial requirements

• You participate in a rotating on-call duty

• You bring more years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer or SRE with

• You have experience in the areas of Infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), GitOps (FluxCD), Kubernetes, OpenStack, and Monitoring-, Logging-, and Tracing-Tools (e.g., Mimir, Loki, Grafana, Tempo)

• You have experience working in security-critical environments and understand the associated requirements

• You're able to quickly adapt to new systems and develop solutions independently

• You're communicative and enjoy sharing your knowledge

• You feel comfortable in a structured corporate environment (not a startup)

• You speak fluent English, German is not necessary
