Site Reliability Engineer

A Enter (anteriormente Talisman AI) was founded in 2023 with the mission of making Brazil a leader in Artificial Intelligence. We combine human expertise with the efficiency of AI to help large companies in Latin America optimize critical processes that require intense manual work. We started by applying AI to create personalized legal defenses at scale, allowing large companies to reduce legal costs and increase their success rates. Requirements

We are looking for experienced SREs (Site Reliability Engineers) to develop the foundation of our platform. This role is crucial in ensuring the scalability, observability, resilience, and security of our operation.

The SRE at Enter develops the infrastructure platform used by the company's engineers - leveraging and refining existing systems, as well as building new services that increase scalability and usability. It's a position with broad responsibilities in cloud (AWS) management, observability, messaging, storage, incident control, and security. You don't need prior experience with all of these topics, as long as you carry a natural curiosity and the ability to quickly learn difficult concepts. In practice:

• Contribute directly to the development of features and maintenance of infrastructure services for management, observability, security, messaging, scalability, compliance, and incident response.
• Maintain and optimize infrastructure services like Kubernetes, NATS, Postgres, Redis, Istio, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
• Define monitoring and observability standards for infrastructure services;
• Perform troubleshooting and assist in resolving incidents in production;
• Manage and improve tools and processes related to infrastructure management throughout the company (infrastructure-as-code standards, CI/CD design, etc.);
• Develop the necessary systems to replicate our infrastructure, generating specialized environments on demand.

Idealmente, você tem:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer, SRE, Cloud Engineer, or similar.
• Advanced user of Linux and AWS.
• Experience developing and/or maintaining Kubernetes, NATS, Istio, Grafana, Prometheus, Terraform (Tofu).

Diferenciais:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with proficiency in Python.
