Site Reliability Engineer

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Middleware & Identity Platforms Overview Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and modernize enterprise middleware and identity platforms. This role owns KTLO operations, applies SRE best practices, and leads migration efforts to OpenShift and cloud environments while ensuring reliability, security, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Own availability, performance, and reliability of production platforms Support IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM HTTP Server Ensure seamless integration with other systems and services Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability Develop and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards for real-time visibility into platform health Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to middleware and identity platforms Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support for critical systems Develop and maintain documentation for KTLO operations, including runbooks and knowledge bases. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for automation and process improvement.
